The Board of Directors serves to define and protect SMU mission by guiding the adoption of new policies to ensure that all corporate activities are aligned with the organizational objectives. As part of the Board’s role, they review and approve items such as annual plans and budgets, project proposals, new country organizational opportunities, and new building projects.
