Job readiness

Over 75 percent of individuals who successfully complete the Work 4 A Living program find employment or start businesses. By developing essential soft skills, participants become more effective team players, communicators and problem solvers leading to improved job performance and retention. This fosters increased earning potential, self confidence and self esteem. The ripple effect benefits families, communities, employers and the economy leading to economic growth and community development.

Entrepreneurship training

70% of individuals who complete this program start and grow thier own businesses.This leads to increased economic stability, reduced debt,and improved financial well being among community members. As participants become successful entrepreneurs, they create jobs, stimulate local economic growth and contribute to the community's tax base. This course helps break cycles of poverty, promote self-sufficiency and build a more resilient and thriving community

Financial literacy

Upon completing this program, participants form saving groups which encourage individuals to collectively save money creating a sense of community and accountability. Through this initiative, individuals develop a culture of saving and investing leading to economic growth and stability.
