This course teaches how to manage and grow personal finances, it entails details of debt and interest, budgeting,saving and investment. This program extends to rural households and communities, helping them to develop a stable financial foundation through earning, saving, and growing money. It is taught in local languages. Through this program, we recognised a willingness to save, but a reluctancy to engage in formal banking systems. Observing the challenges of saving at home due to pressing needs and a survival mindset, we introduced saving groups post-training. These groups enable individuals to start saving money promoting a culture of saving for both short-term and long-term objectives, leading to financial growth.
